REFRIGERATION SYSTEM :

  • High Efficiency CFC Free cooling system consisting of Hermetically sealed EMERSON make compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit fitted with Motor, Fan blade, Electrical accessories etc. mounted on bottom of unit on heavy base frame.

HUMIDITY SYSTEM :

  • Steam injection system & reservoir tank with water level arrangement
  • Water tank & steam generator made of thick stainless steel, are fitted at backside of chamber.
  • Water drain line with 1/4″ Nozzle to be provided at floor level.

CONTROL :

  • Microprocessor auto-tuned PID Temp + RH controller with Humidity Sensor & PT 100 Temperature Sensor
  • High Quality U shape S.S. Tubular Heaters are used for better heating.

SAFETY FEATURES:

  • Additional Safety Thermostat to cut off heater supply in case temperature overshoot
  • Float switch to cut off the boiler heater supply in case of Low water level
  • Safety Thermostat for boiler heater Protection
  • Compressor on delay timer to safe guard the compressor
